Four Square handles every stage of the production cycle, including mold design/build and production.
Once our customer’s part design is complete we will then build the mold needed to produce it. Since Four Square handles both mold design/build and injection molding, our team knows exactly how to create the best mold for each part.
Keeping the entire process in-house means our clients don’t have to spend time finding, vetting, and contracting with another provider at any point in the process.
Streamlined Mold Building & Injection Molding
Our end-to-end injection molding process allows us to maintain excellent communication with our clients, quickly answering any questions they have and keeping them updated on the progress of their part. You can also count on our team for mold maintenance in addition to mold building services.
Once the mold is made and sampled, we send inspected parts for approval before going into production.
